Formwork screw tie rod is an important part of the tie rod system. It mainly plays a fastener role in the process of steel formwork assembling. The raw material is 45# steel, and its manufacturing technique is cold rolled and hot rolled. The fittings include wing nut, anchor nut, water stop nut, steel cone, plate, formwork clamp, and etc.
Formwork screw tie rod has a various sizes in order to play well its fastener role during steel formwork assembling. The diameter ranges from 10/12mm, 15/17mm to 20/22mm, with length ranging from 0.5m to 6m. It can be used with tie rod anchor nut and wing nut, and also can be adjusted its central thread according to the customer's nut. Anchor nut can be designed to be two or three wings.
